"Maddox" was dubbed "X Marks the Spot" because, after laying low among his Revi-Brave littermates for the first 5 weeks of his life, he emerged late as the clear "pick puppy" -- our "buried treasure," if you will.  Maddox, whose structure gave our good friend and breeder Carol Phelps "goosebumps" during anonymous evaluations at both 6.5 and 8 weeks, is a natural showman with splendid, graceful movement--even at a young age.  In very limited showing, Maddox has already been recognized repeatedly, having won the 6-9 Month Puppy Dog Class and Best of Opposite in Sweepstakes at the Vizsla Club of Greater New York Specialty (Westchester), the 6-9 Month Puppy Dog Class and the 6-9 Month Puppy Dog Sweeps Class at the Conestoga Vizsla Club Specialty, Best Puppy at the CVC Fun Match as a 5 month old, Best of Winners on consecutive days in mid-October 2007 (including Best of Opposite Sex over a specials dog), and 4th in the 9-12 Month Puppy Dog Sweeps class at the 2007 Vizsla Club of America National Specialty Show in Omaha, Nebraska.  Like his mother, he is sweet and clownish -- a real treasure.
